Server Transfer Notice

Thank you to all warriors for your continued support and for playing 12SKY M GLOBAL.

To provide our warriors with a more comfortable and stable gameplay environment, we will be conducting a server transfer.

Please review the schedule, transfer process, and important precautions below before proceeding with a server transfer.

■ Server Transfer Schedule

● Period

After the maintenance on September 17, 2026 (Thursday) ~ Before the maintenance on October 29, 2026 (Thursday)

※ The server transfer end date and time may be subject to change due to circumstances on the game company's side. If there are any changes, we will provide additional notice.

● Server Transfer Targets

① [Heavenly Devastation 3] → [Hao Mun 1]

② [Karma's Revenge 4] → [Kunlun Shan 2]

※ Server transfers are only available between the designated servers.

■ How to Transfer a Character

① From the character selection screen of your current server, select the character you wish to transfer.

② Select the [Server Transfer] button.

③ If all server transfer requirements are met, the selected character will be transferred to the designated destination server.

■ Important Notes Regarding Server Transfers

1. Existing Characters and Game Data on the Destination Server

● Existing characters and game progress data on the destination server will remain unchanged.

● Characters can only be transferred between the designated servers and cannot be transferred to any other server.

2. Gold Consolidation

If at least one character is transferred from a server designated for transfer, the Gold from the original server will be combined with the Gold on the destination server.

● [Karma's Revenge 4] → [Kunlun Shan 2] : Gold Consolidation

3. Characters Not Transferred

Untransferred characters and data on designated source servers will be deleted after the transfer period.

After the server transfer period ends, the designated source servers will no longer be accessible, and deleted characters and data cannot be restored.

Players using the designated source servers must complete their server transfer within the specified transfer period.

4. Faction Leader Election

Faction Leader elections will be suspended during the server transfer period.

5. Market Usage

During the server transfer period, new item listings will be restricted on the source servers.

　※ Existing listings can still be purchased, settled, or retrieved.

● [Karma's Revenge 4] : New Market listings unavailable

　※ Existing listings can still be purchased, settled, or retrieved.

● [Hao Mun 1] : Normal Market usage

● [Kunlun Shan 2] : Normal Market usage

■ Cases Where Server Transfer Is Not Available

Server transfer will not be available if any of the following conditions apply.

1. Character Slots on the Destination Server

Server transfer cannot be completed if all character slots on the destination server are occupied.

※ During the server transfer period, the character deletion waiting time will be changed to 3 minutes. Please keep this in mind when proceeding.

2. Character Status

To proceed with a server transfer, all of the following conditions must be met.

● The character must not be a member of a Guild.

● The character must not have another character in the accompanying party.

● The character must have no friends registered on the Friends List.

● There must be no items stored in the Mailbox.

● There must be no items listed on the Market.

3. Faction Leader and Deputy Faction Leader

● Faction Leader: Server transfer will be available after the Faction Leader appointment period has ended.

● Deputy Faction Leader: Server transfer will be available after the character has been removed from the Deputy Faction Leader position.

■ Please Check the Following Before Transferring

Before proceeding with a server transfer, please make sure to check the following:

● Available character slots on the destination server

● Clan membership

● Accompanying character status

● Friends List

● Items stored in the Mailbox

● Items listed on the Market

After the server transfer period ends, characters and related data that have not been transferred will be deleted, and deleted characters cannot be restored.

Players proceeding with a server transfer are advised to carefully review all of the above information and precautions before completing the transfer.
