We have identified an issue where the Enchantment level drops under certain conditions during the item Upgrade process.

To prevent any loss of your valuable assets and to stabilize the system, we have decided to temporarily restrict the use of the Upgrade and Downgrade systems until the next patch.

Reason: To fix the issue of Enchantment level drops and optimize the system
