Normalization of Refinement Level Drop during Upgrade/Downgrade

We would like to inform you about the fix regarding the item Upgrade/Downgrade system applied in the latest update.

■ Fix Details

Issue: A system where Refinement levels drop by 0–3 upon a successful Upgrade/Downgrade was intended but had not been functioning correctly.

Correction: This system has been normalized to function according to the original design as of the recent update.

■ Additional Information

After yesterday's update, when an item Upgrade or Downgrade is successful, the Refinement level may randomly decrease by 0 to 3.

This is a part of the original balance design for changing item tiers. Please keep this in mind when using these functions.
