We have confirmed an error where some users are experiencing abnormal game termination (crashing) when attempting the Enhancement or Refinement content.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

[Current Status & Plan]

• Issue: Game crashing during Enhancement/Refinement attempts for some users.

• Current Status: Our development team has identified the cause and is currently performing urgent work to resolve the issue.

• Please Note: Although this issue does not affect all users, we kindly ask all users to exercise caution when using Enhancement and Refinement content until the problem is completely fixed, in order to prevent any potential loss due to crashes.

• Resolution Timing: We will notify you via a separate notice once the issue is fully resolved and the server is stable.

We are doing our best to quickly resolve the issue and provide a normal gaming environment.
